Shatz Symposium

REGISTRATION FORM

We are pleased to be hosting this meeting on the UCSD campus and are offering a special registration rate of $125 for UCSD affiliates. This offer is limited to the first 100 UCSD registrants and will include as a special bonus a one-year subscription to NEURON.

Registration Fees

The early booking deadline is 7 September 2007. The registration fee includes lunch and refreshments, a reception and poster session and conference materials. There is no further fee for attending the Schatz symposium ““Fire together, wire together: the development and plasticity of neural circuits” on Friday.

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT
Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference and can be paid by check or credit card.

Checks should be made payable to Elsevier. Your registration will be acknowledged in writing. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the conference secretariat.

CANCELLATIONS
Provided written notice is received by September 19, 2007, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by October 3, 2007 a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted that for registrations cancelled after October 3, 2007, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the
cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
